Yes solving them spiritually is possible. It takes real learning into practical aspects of spirituality and application in our life, testing our capabilities in real time and progressing with persistent efforts to develop practical spiritual abilities. This is slow and leborius process for a normal person. But every real spiritualist undergoes through this in his life.
In my spiritual practices and application, it was observed that real problem with this is loosing self confidence and getting affected by fear or nervousness, some times over enthusiams other times.
Still one is lucky if he or she is able to find able minded friend to talk to and guide us from our confusions. Because insecurity makes it very difficult to remember/discriminate the right friends and approach them. This needs prior effort and cultivation with aim of using these specially cultivated relationships to the extent they can help us. People tend to visit those who are easily approachable because of their personal interests and gain due to us. This needs to be reviewed in our life as a preparation. Not every one is a good friend for every problem.
One needs to cultivate confidence actively using spirituality. "All is well" is very simple and interesting approach to it. Let us understand its importance and apply it in our life.
Note: This blog is in response to first comment to my previous blog, "interactive blogging". Lot more thoughts but this is an intro to applied spirituality.
