Its a most hot topic . and everyone wants to loose weight naturally . so here we bring few points

1 . Drink luke warm water through out the day … warm water is good for good metabelic rate . drinking warm water during the meal helps in good  digestion .

2 . Avoid too much of salt and avoid too much of artificial sweets ….one tea spoon of salt retains 3-4 liters of water .which gives extra fat in your body so try to have a check on your salt intake .

3 ..Avoid late night food after 8 pm … metabolic rate is slow at night so if you have late night food its not good for your body as it changes into fat .

4. Avoid too much of carbohydrate … too much of carbohydrate means too m uch of energy . and if we dont use the same amount of energy it changes into fat .

5 . Daily 30 mints of yoga practise …is good for loosing weight and keeping your mind balence . so no depression or tension will take place ., sometimes we eat because of our emotional problem . yoga balences your emotions mind which automatically result in good health .

6. Avoid junk food and fast food …burget pizza pasta gets digested very slowly and only because of our taste vaqlue we destroy out health value by our self .

7.  Daily do some kind of activity in form of game or workout or swimming or jugging or just going for a long walk …. have you noticed a worker always eat a proper meal and he enjoys what he eats . beacuse he works hard . now days we do more of mental activity less of physical activity . so its important to do physical activity to control your weight problem .

8. Avoid eating all the time . eat what is good for your health not only for your taste . eat when you are hungry .and enjoy what you eat . chewing your food properly  .

9. Once a week you could go on fruit fast .which will help you to detox extra toxins and at the same time you feel fresh and you will get a glowing skin .

10. Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise .
