7-Refined Carbohydrates are not suitable for the human body

Unrefined carbohydrates are wholesome foods such as beans, whole-grain cereals, vegetables as well as fruits. The refined carbohydrates include sugar and refined flour. When the foods that are high in carbohydrates are processed, the healthiest elements are stripped off. The leftover part is the digestible starch.
